Job description

Crystal Homes is excited to announce the opening of our New Home Sales Galleria in Barrie, launching at the end of August. As we grow within the Barrie community through current and upcoming residential projects, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

This is an on-site position requiring availability Monday through Thursday, and on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Hours may be adjusted based on sales traffic.

Key Responsibilities

·- Present and sell new homes to prospective buyers in a professional and engaging manner

·- Manage Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) files and amendments

·- Collect and organize mortgage approval documents

·- Understand and explain APS terms and conditions, new home plans, and lot siting/availability

·- Comply with Tarion and HCRA regulatory requirements

·- Provide exceptional service to homebuyers throughout the sales process

Qualifications

·- Prior new home sales experience is required

·- Strong understanding of APS documentation and the homebuying process

·- Ability to work independently and manage detailed administrative tasks

·- Licensed and non-licensed candidates are welcome to apply
