We are seeking a Sales Representative who can generate new business, build relationships, and convert leads into signed contracts. This role is about trust-building and persistence — from networking at Haven meetings to cold calling landowners and nurturing inbound leads into long-term clients.

Base: 35,000–$50,000 CAD (support for outreach / networking activity).
Commission: on signed pre-construction agreements and on signed design-build contracts.
Milestone bonuses: for high-value contracts closed.
Realistic annual earnings: $90,000–$150,000 CAD+ with performance.
