Main purpose

Building, developing, and managing clients’ portfolios located in Ontario, Canada (GTA). Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through providing exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities. Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.

Main responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to plumbing distributors and promote and enhance relationships.
  • Deliver technical presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our plumbing construction products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement action plans to increase sales in plumbing materials.
  • Work closely with the Canadian sales team and more particularly with the Senior Ontario Sales Representative to achieve objectives in the plumbing construction material sector.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the plumbing material industry and market trends to better meet customer needs.
  • Work with the Sales team to develop customer campaigns and promotions.
  • Measures, evaluate and reports on customers' activities.

Our requirements

  • 3-5 years proven experience as a sales representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with plumbing distributors, contractors, and customers.
  • Pro-active, positive and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
  • Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to travel within his territory 80% of the time.
  • Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on clients' feedback and evolving market.
  • Ontario Grade 13 diploma or above.
