Sales Representative - Hardware Store - Alberta

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent business acumen, and solid technical knowledge in this industry.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing existing accounts and developing strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives under the supervision of the Sales Director.
  2. Retaining existing customers (installers, door manufacturers, glaziers, etc.).
  3. Developing new customer relationships (targeting at least 40% growth).
  4. Managing and enhancing sales performance within your territory.
  5. Providing training sessions to customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about products.
  6. Conducting market analysis and implementing growth strategies.
