Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking highly motivated, sales-driven individuals who can spark excitement and foster connections with customers in-store and drive sales of Financial Products.

As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate customers about the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard, deliver exceptional service, engage with shoppers across multiple locations, and build strong relationships with store personnel while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is an asset for coaching customers
• Ability to listen actively and convey key messages clearly
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check

Responsibilities

• Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product

• Build andmaintainpositive working relationships with store personnel

• Maintaina high levelof confidentiality as you work with customer information

• Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed

Compensation
