KognitiveSales Solutions is seeking motivated Field Marketing Representatives to educate customers and drive sales of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard in-store and at kiosks. You will work with store personnel to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations.

KognitiveSales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is on the lookout for highly motivated, sales-driven individuals who can spark excitement and foster connections with consumers in-store.As a Field MarketingRepresentative, your primary rolewill be to educate customers and drive sales of Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada’s most trusted and iconic brands.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within thestoreand kiosk.

• Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product Provide expectational customer service ensuring customers havea great experience

• Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product

• Build andmaintainpositive working relationships with store personnel

• Maintaina high levelof confidentiality as you work with customer information

• Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed

Compensation

• Basewage of $17.60/hour plus uncappedcommission

Schedule
