Dreamwed is a destination wedding management company that handles all aspects of weddings, including scouting resorts, securing room blocks, orchestrating transportation, and providing planning partners and experienced wedding planners. The company's mission is to help couples find the perfect resort with necessary amenities and the best deals on transportation and lodging.

Role Description

This is a role for a Sales Representative at Dreamwed. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, providing information to clients, giving virtual tours of venues, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.

What You’ll Do

• Call and consult with assigned leads—no cold calling required
• Guide couples through their destination wedding options and provide expert advice
• Leverage your knowledge of destination weddings in Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica to deliver personalized recommendations
• Maintain detailed records of consultations and progress in our CRM
• Collaborate with our planning team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on trends, resorts, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience in the event, travel, or wedding industry (minimum 1 year)
• In-depth knowledge of destination weddings in Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you love connecting with people and building trust
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients at once
• Comfortable working in-office at our Vaughan location
