Your Mission

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding Merlo’s presence in the construction sector by generating new business, increasing market share, and providing strategic equipment solutions that enable contractors to work smarter, safer, and faster.

What You'll Do

  • Hunt for new business : Identify, pursue, and cold call prospects in construction, converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Own your territory : Maintain a structured daily approach and build strong relationships through site visits.
  • Sell with purpose : Present compelling business cases demonstrating ROI and productivity gains of Merlo equipment.
  • Position as a trusted advisor : Understand customer pain points, deliver tailored solutions, and help clients modernize their methods.
  • Stay sharp on competitor pricing, local trends, and market shifts to win strategically.
