As a Sales Representative with Steele Ford, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process. If you’re a passionate, customer-focused individual with experience in Sales, this role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions.

Commission Wage Structure (Earning Potential of $100,000 + Annually!)

During your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Dive into engaging conversations with customers, either in-person or electronically, to truly understand needs, preferences, and budget.
2. Showcase our impressive range of vehicle makes and models, highlighting features and benefits.
3. Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
4. Elevate the customer car-buying experience with test-drives and detailed product demonstrations.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
6. Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing to the overall success of Steele Ford.

Requirements:

1. Passionate about the automotive industry.
2. Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearance.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Previous client service experience is an asset.
5. Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
6. Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
7. Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online.
8. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
9. Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract.
