The role focuses on building relationships with customers, supporting business development initiatives, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse communities, including Indigenous groups. In your role as the Sales Representative, Commercial Sales at The North West Company (TNWC), you will secure new orders from existing and new customers. You will participate in the development and execution of marketing plans and initiatives based on consumer, demographic, and sales market data, along with feedback from the field.
