We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are excited to represent Neo at activation events. You will work at malls, campuses, local businesses, and large retail partners to acquire customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit card, the Neo Money account, and other Neo products. You will be the face of Neo and will earn a guaranteed hourly rate plus an uncapped commission for each product you help customers open, with bonuses for exceeding targets. You’ll be alerted when a customer opens a Neo Account via your referral link, allowing you to track performance in real time.
We pay $20.00 an hour, plus commission paid instantly at the point of sale, and additional performance bonuses. The average on-target wage of our Sales Representatives is $36/hour.
Full-time/Part-time hours, contract role. Opportunities for full-time employment with benefits will be available for those achieving performance targets.
