Pharma Medica Research is a full service contract research organization specialized in conducting early phase clinical trials in healthy volunteers, special and patient populations. We are always looking for top talent to join our growing team! We're currently looking for a Recruiter I (Call Center Representative) of to join our team! The Recruiter I will be involved in recruiting subjects to join our clinical trials!

The Call Center Representative telephone screens potential subjects at Pharma Medica Research Inc. (PMRI). This position reports to the Manager, Screening and/or designate.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Create new subject files in PSMS.
  2. Recruit new or existing subjects.
  3. Answer calls/e-mails from subjects or call out from the match list.
  4. Telephone screen subjects, book and cancel appointments.
  5. Provide subjects with relevant information for studies.
  6. Share study-related information with subjects according to protocol requirements and to the scope of delegation.
  7. Prepare the subject screening merge package.
  8. Work in screening reception independently.
  9. Update the subject screening file.
  10. Properly complete the documentation of clinical activities according to GCP, SOP guidelines and/or EDA/TPD regulations.
  11. Participate regularly in PMRI training programs including GCP, SOP training and PMRI in-house training modules.
  12. Achieve 80% or greater in all PMRI training evaluations including GCP, SOP tests and PMRI in-house training module tests.
  13. Follow Joint Health and Safety rules and regulations at all times.
  14. Photocopying and other administrative works.
  15. Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of call center experience or related experience.
  • General Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Customer service skills, to listen to volunteers/subjects and professionally answer questions or address concerns.
  • Ability to confidently make any calls.
  • Troubleshooting skills to manage volunteers' complaints
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
