UScellular sales representatives provide connectivity solutions by selling products and services that enhance lives and simplify tasks. Our representatives are the face of UScellular, sharing their love for technology and helping others connect to their community.
Most of your pay is guaranteed through a competitive base salary, with an average of $19/hour when meeting sales targets. You can earn up to $28/hour or more, depending on your sales performance.

Associates have access to healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision), retirement plans (including a 401(k) with company match and a pension plan), Paid Parental Leave (6 weeks after 6 months of employment), Education Assistance (after 3 months), paid Vacation Days (15 days per year for full-time), Sick/Care-Giver Days (6 days per year), and seven paid holidays plus one floating holiday. Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage are also available for full-time associates. Part-time associates working under twenty hours or for a limited term are eligible for medical and retirement plans.
