Sales Representative (B2B & Retail)

As a growing company, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help drive both our B2B and retail sales.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and expand our client base. This role involves a mix of B2B and retail sales, focusing on developing relationships with both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in leveraging current media platforms to market products and generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and Retail clients.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CDC Computers’ client base.
3. Utilize various forms of media (social media, email marketing, etc.) to promote products and services.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored technology solutions.
5. Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, both in-person and remotely.
6. Stay informed about the latest technology products and trends in the industry.
7. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transaction processes.
8. Assist in-store customers with product selection and inquiries.
9. Learn and understand a variety of different products and be able to demonstrate them.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably with a mix of B2B and Retail.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to drive sales.
5. Knowledge of the technology industry is a strong asset.
6. Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
9. Attention to detail and a strong ability to follow up with clients and manage sales processes effectively.
10. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (native proficiency required).
11. Clear and legible writing skills for client correspondence and internal reporting.
12. Professional appearance with the ability to dress appropriately for both in-store and business meetings.
