A day in the life of an outside sales representative:

  • Deliver exceptional in-person sales and service experiences, advocating Wurth’s value proposition through our systems, services, and products.
  • Exemplify Wurth’s culture and high-performance attributes daily, including achievement, integrity, respect, and collaboration.
  • Manage assigned territories (Brockville, Gananoque, Kemptville, Perth, Smith Falls), focusing on maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and prospecting for new business.
  • Engage in personal and professional growth by staying updated on product and sales developments, including sales strategies, product demos, and business solutions.
  • Use our CRM system for order placement via mobile devices (iPad).
  • Adopt an omnichannel sales approach (e-shop, telesales, solution selling) to create a customer-centric experience.
  • Contribute to a high-performance team environment by exceeding targets and embodying corporate values.

What you will bring to the team:

  • An entrepreneurial, resilient, self-starting attitude suited for a growth-oriented environment.
  • A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education or 1-3 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, a clean driver’s abstract, and a clean criminal record.
  • Strong alignment with corporate values such as collaboration, integrity, respect, and achievement.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using an iPad, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other software applications is mandatory.
