Job summary

Spade Recruiting is seeking a self-motivated remote insurance enrollment consultant to meet with individuals and families via video appointments, explain life and supplemental options, and guide them through enrollment.

This fully remote role offers weekly pay with performance bonuses, opportunities for advancement into leadership, and access to health benefits after onboarding; training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Reliable internet and basic computer skills.
• Background in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually via Zoom or video appointments.

This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll work with individuals and families who have already expressed interest in learning more about available coverage options. There is no door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling.

Your role will be to meet with clients virtually, understand their needs, explain available solutions, and help them complete the enrollment process with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom or video appointments




• Explain available life and supplemental insurance options in a clear, professional manner




• Identify client needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions




• Assist with digital applications, documentation, and eligibility requirements




• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activity




• Provide ongoing support to clients when needed




• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and optional development sessions
