Job description

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. Youll focus on selling custom corrugated packaging pointofpurchase displays retail packaging and packaging consumables. This is a fulltime role based out of the Markham office with most of your time spent in the field visiting clients. You will work closely with the design customer service and production teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and is responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume. This is a fulltime role based out of the Markham office with most of your time spent in the field visiting clients. This role offers a base salary of $73000 plus commission in the first year.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary of 1st year : $73000 plus commission
  • OnTarget Earnings (OTE) : $140000$160000

Head Office : Markham Ontario

Work Model : Fieldbased with one inperson sales meeting per week

Territory : Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario

Prospect for new business and follow up on warm leads

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Maintain records and track activity in CRM (ES2000)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Fieldbased visits across Southern Ontario required

Less than 10% overnight travel (e.g. tradeshows)

SUPPORT & TRAINING

Onboarding support from senior sales leadership

Ongoing collaboration with customer service and design teams

Job shadowing and resource sharing

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

3 years of B2B sales experience

Corrugated packaging sales experience is required
