Traction, part of UAP Inc., is seeking an Account Development Specialist in Winnipeg to build and maintain quality relationships with heavy-vehicle customers and promote Traction heavy vehicle parts, products, and programs.
This regular full-time position offers a salary range of $60,000-$69,900 plus a 25% bonus, and benefits; you will collaborate with district and regional teams to deploy marketing programs, gather market intelligence, and grow sales with existing customers.

The Account Development Specialist is the image, face, and voice of Traction. You are accountable for building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers by implementing National, Regional and District-level sales development initiatives and promoting Traction heavy vehicle parts, products, and programs. The ADS contributes to keeping Traction abreast of customer behavior, competitive threats, and market trends. You will participate in the development and refinement of sales development initiatives at the district level.
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Winnipeg.
