On-Premise Sales Representative, Surrounding GTA Territory (East & West)
We are looking for a professional Sales Account Manager to join Arterra Wines Canadas On-Premise team.
This Sales Representative position will primarily focus and execute against programming to support our Regional and National chain partners. Additionally, the role will be responsible for managing a select group of Independently operating accounts.
Job Description:
Assist National Account Managers achieve volume & revenue growth targets while increasing market share and gaining points of distribution in field
Build and maintain relationships with customers at street level to ensure ongoing and increased growth of Arterra Wines Canada products
Execute promotional programs and new wine list activations while maintaining monthly objectives set by supporting key account managers (Staff Training, Event Execution, etc)
Develop new customer opportunities by using extensive selling and customer relationship skills, strong product knowledge and account management principles.
Plan and set priorities for each customer visit in order to achieve organizational goals and maximize windshield time
Prioritizing objectives and company strategies
Ensure proper management of all paperwork and reports as required
What you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
Smart Serve Certification
3-5 years of experience in Sales account management , On-Premise and Hospitality experience an asset
WSET 2
Proof of valid Driver’s License will be required as will a working motor vehicle
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Results oriented, self-motivated, driven and disciplined
Detail and Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to spend time traveling within territory

Compensation :Budgeted Range – $61,736.00 – $79,894.00
The budgeted range considers several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
