Description

At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 20 years of experience and 14 different locations.

Compensation:

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 20% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization.

Note: Our team members are trained to close. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay up to $750/week for the first 8 weeks. This is a commission role.

Key Responsibilities

Generating leads through door to door prospecting, networking, and community outreach
Study and complete a comprehensive training program
Inspect damage and obtain claim numbers
Schedule adjuster appointments
Schedule an appointment with the homeowner and contract, choose colors, and offer upgrades
Collect project deposit
Attend all builds and collect homeowner payment
Work with the claims team for any additional needs to settle projects
Collect final payment and manage outstanding balances
Handle customer complaints and homeowner expectations
Submit requests for overpayments, AOC, GRA
Submit customer referrals
Assist homeowner with financing

2 years of sales experience

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
