Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with our partners;
- Be the trusted point of contact for our clients;
- Promote our program at various industry events;
- Actively participate in market development and new sales strategies;
- Support the internal team with daily operations;
- Implement an action plan to maximize the potential of the territory;
- Follow up on the action plan and regularly report sales activities and issues of managed accounts;
- Lead the entire account development process, from identifying decision-makers to securing or renewing major contracts;
- Establish and maintain a rigorous process for managing and monitoring account development activities;
- Technically advise customers and prospects on the company's product brands;
- Maintain current knowledge of the wheels industry.
Experience and Skills Required
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all organizational levels, including executives, with potential and existing clients;
- Expertise in strategic selling and win-win negotiations for long-term partnerships;
- Proven sales experience on the road (essential);
- Flexible, motivated, and capable of working in various conditions;
- Confident and driven leader;
- Good communicator and team player;
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented;
- Excellent listener with a client-centric approach;
- Skilled in prospecting and developing new accounts and opportunities;
- Consistent follow-up and professional communication;
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
