Responsibilities :

  • Build strong relationships with our partners;
  • Be the trusted point of contact for our clients;
  • Promote our program at various industry events;
  • Actively participate in market development and new sales strategies;
  • Support the internal team with daily operations;
  • Implement an action plan to maximize the potential of the territory;
  • Follow up on the action plan and regularly report sales activities and issues of managed accounts;
  • Lead the entire account development process, from identifying decision-makers to securing or renewing major contracts;
  • Establish and maintain a rigorous process for managing and monitoring account development activities;
  • Technically advise customers and prospects on the company's product brands;
  • Maintain current knowledge of the wheels industry.

Experience and Skills Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all organizational levels, including executives, with potential and existing clients;
  • Expertise in strategic selling and win-win negotiations for long-term partnerships;
  • Proven sales experience on the road (essential);
  • Flexible, motivated, and capable of working in various conditions;
  • Confident and driven leader;
  • Good communicator and team player;
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented;
  • Excellent listener with a client-centric approach;
  • Skilled in prospecting and developing new accounts and opportunities;
  • Consistent follow-up and professional communication;
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
