About Us:

MS Environmental Solutions’ Alberta division is looking for a sales professional to promote our products and drive sales. We deliver high-performance, non-toxic alternatives to chemical-based products for industries across Western Canada. Our innovative solutions—biodegradable lubricants, eco-friendly dust control and road stabilization, de-icing/anti-icing, and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF)—support environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance, and ESG commitments. With a strong foothold in mining, we’re now expanding into municipal and heavy industrial markets in Alberta, and we need a driven sales professional to lead the charge.

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a self-starter to join our team as a Municipal and Heavy Industrial Sales Representative. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential—perfect for a high-energy closer who thrives on results. You’ll introduce our eco-friendly product portfolio to decision-makers, securing contracts for dust control or road stabilization on rural and unpaved roads, chloride-free de-icing for winter maintenance, spill-safe lubricants for equipment fleets and eco-sensitive work, and DEF for emissions compliance. If you’re ready to build your own book of business and capitalize on a growing market, this is your shot.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target clients in Alberta for dust control, de-icing, lubricants, and DEF sales.
  • Build relationships with public works directors, fleet managers, and procurement officers.
  • Pitch our sustainable solutions via cold calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person site visits.
  • Identify ITQs and RFPs that involve our product solutions.
  • Track sales progress in CRM.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the oil or municipal markets (public sector experience a plus).
  • Knowledge of Alberta oil or municipal landscapes—geography, key players, and seasonal needs.
  • Passion for sustainability and ability to sell ESG-driven value propositions.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined—comfortable working independently with no base salary.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Alberta as needed.
