Job description

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing quotes, managing a growing database of prospects, delivering online demos, and helping close deals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll also work closely with external sales teams and channel partners to identify opportunities and support the full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of inside sales experience, a proven track record in the lighting industry, excellent communication skills, and confidence using platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
The key job functions are:

  • Prepare and deliver professional quotes tailored to customer needs
  • Build, manage, and grow a database of prospective clients
  • Participate in team sales and marketing meetings to stay aligned on strategy
  • Represent the company at seminars, promotions, and lunch-and-learn events
  • Understand customer needs to effectively present solutions
  • Qualify opportunities and route them to the appropriate sales executives
  • Manage the full sales cycle—close deals and meet monthly sales targets
  • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals
  • Deliver compelling online product demonstrations to potential clients

Base Salary

  • $60,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Work Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:30am – 4:00pm

Remote Work

  • This position is not remote and requires on-site presence.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
