TeamLinkt is disrupting the youth sports industry with our Free Sports Team App and League Management Platform. We help organizations modernize and automate operations, cut technology costs, and enhance the sports experience for administrators, coaches, and players. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a drivenSales Development Representativeto join our team!

About the Role:

As aSales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of TeamLinkt’s growth, helping expand our customer base by connecting with local youth and adult recreational sports organizations. This is an entry-level role with significant growth potential—ideal for someone looking to break into sales and business development in a fast-paced tech company.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about sports and technology.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging new contacts via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks.
  • Driven and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Outreach– Research and engage with sports leagues, associations, clubs, and schools to introduce TeamLinkt’s platform.
  • Lead Qualification– Identify and qualify potential customers to pass to senior sales representatives.
  • Demo– Conduct and close smaller organization opportunities
  • CRM Management– Maintain accurate records of outreach, interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration– Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Market Research– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to help identify new opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement– Provide initial support and guidance to potential clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
