Overview

Territory Sales Representative, Sports (Western Canada). Location: Vancouver, BC/Lower Mainland preferred; Alberta also considered. Reports to: National Sales Manager. Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary (depending on experience). Commission Structure: Uncapped, with the potential to earn up to $30,000 at full target achievement.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and grow relationships with school boards, municipalities, architects, facility managers, and contractors to secure specifications and drive sales.
  • Conduct 15–20 weekly visits to clients including park and recreation entities, private schools, and design firms.
  • Be the face of our Client in the Western Canadian region, educating partners, presenting product demos, hosting “lunch & learns,” and supporting dealer and network partners.
  • Track and grow your pipeline through our Client's CRM, from first introduction to project close.
  • Represent our Client at trade shows and industry events, and organize customer visits to our facilities.
  • Provide after-sales support, including training, maintenance demos, and project photography.
  • Share valuable market intelligence and help influence future product innovation.

What You Bring
  • A hunter’s mindset with proven experience in sales and specification (ideally 5+ years).
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles—from architects and designers to facility managers and contractors.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a large pipeline of projects.
  • A track record of winning in institutional/education, municipal, or recreation markets is a big plus.
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a travel-heavy, relationship-driven role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (or equivalent experience).
