Job summary

Corwest Fabrications Ltd. is seeking a driven Sales Representative to accelerate growth across North America. You will build and nurture client relationships, uncover opportunities, and present Corwest's fabrication capabilities across industrial, mining, marine, energy, and construction sectors.

The role focuses on closing deals, expanding market presence, and acting as a trusted advisor, with travel across North America and a competitive compensation package including bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role.
  • Experience in fabrication, construction, industrial services, manufacturing, or a related industry is an asset.
  • Experience in pulp & paper, energy, mining, oil & gas, chemical, and general industrial sectors is an asset.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout North America as required.

  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and business development objectives.

Salary: $100- $125k per annum

The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on
job‑related factors, including relevant experience, years of experience, qualifications, internal equity, and Carlson Construction Group’s compensation policy.
