Our team supports companies in Quebec and Ontario in their quest for operational excellence, by proposing technological solutions adapted to their reality and aligned with their vision. We offer solutions for digital transformation, IT services, sales consulting, and printing.
As a Strategic Sales Representative, you will promote the full range of Xerox printing solutions to existing customers and develop new business. Territories are mainly near the greater Montreal area, allocated based on residence and bilingualism. Sales activities include physical and telephone prospecting, aiming for at least 10 appointments per week.
Sales targets are set at $640,000 annually for Xerox solutions, roughly 50 to 75 units sold per year, including printing devices, software, and IT solutions. Sales from our other divisions (Digital Transformation, IT Services, and Sales Consulting) contribute approximately $100,000.
Xerox provides professional training over 24 months, leading to a sales certification. The program includes classroom sessions, on-the-job coaching, role-playing, and practical exercises.
You will benefit from comprehensive support from the XMA and Xerox Canada teams, including onboarding directors, sales managers, product specialists, program managers, technical analysts, and service representatives.
After six months, base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, including travel expenses. Total compensation, with commissions, ranges from $82,000 to $103,000 when targets are achieved.
Benefits include a monthly expense allowance, fringe benefits, an iPhone, a laptop, access to a database, and three weeks' vacation upon hire.
We aim to retain and develop our employees. Promotion opportunities arise after 12 months, potentially advancing to senior sales roles, specialists, team managers, or other divisions. Further advancement within Xerox Canada may be possible after 24-30 months, based on performance.
