Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.

Report sales progress and forecasts to management regularly.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through innovative strategies.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Experiment with new sales techniques to improve conversion rates.

Experience / Qualifications

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in finance & insurance.

Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.

Experience in using CRM tools to track sales activities and measure performance.

Creative and innovative approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Experience in conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
