Work on customer quote requests generated by our online sales platform (Inbound).
Work from a customer list provided by the company.
No cold calling or prospecting for new customers. Build quotes based on client needs and close sales.
Manage the complete sales cycle via telephone and our e-commerce platform: submitting quotes, negotiating, and closing.
Work with clients who are both individuals and industry professionals (installers, contractors, etc.).
Speak with clients located across Canada and the United States, therefore most often in English.
Communicate with our various suppliers to obtain various information to support you in the sale of their products.
Inform customers about the characteristics and uses of different products.
Conduct customer follow-ups and follow-ups using CRM software.
Provide customers with an exceptional buying experience by being solution-oriented.
Collaborate with our internal teams (logistics, customer service, purchasing) to provide impeccable service and build customer loyalty.
Base salary starting at $48,000 / year
Uncapped sales commission program allowing for total compensation between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on performance.

Sales experience in a retail or related sector
Good communication skills in English (bilingualism not required) English refresher courses available.
No flooring knowledge required, training available in-house.
Comfortable with a computerized environment (use of multiple software programs) and Microsoft Office Suite.
