With a location in Mississauga, ON, and an ambitious growth plan for Canada, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our local team and help us expand our presence and customer impact.

What You’ll Do

  1. Managing and executing the sales strategy for the Ontario region and beyond
  2. Developing a 3-year plan to drive growth through:
    1. Account management and development
    2. New customer acquisition
    3. Penetration of untapped markets and segments
  3. Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  4. Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
  5. Sharing product updates and new release information with customers
  6. Collaborating with the Sales Director and internal teams to implement national strategies
  7. Reporting regularly on sales activity and results
  8. Ensuring quotes and bids are followed up and converted into sales
  9. Supporting customers with inventory inquiries and order updates
  10. Making proactive outbound calls to promote product availability and current promotions
  11. Representing the brand at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings

What You Bring

  1. 5+ years of direct sales experience, including account management
  2. Proven track record in a fast-paced, independent sales environment
  3. Experience working within the arborist, safety, or industrial supply sector is an asset
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; knowledge of NetSuite or Syteline ERP software is a plus
  6. A customer-first mindset with a drive to succeed
  7. Located in or near Mississauga, ON
