Duties and Responsibilities:

• Present BathTune-up services and solutions confidently and professionally
• Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
• Earn Commission by winning the project through effective communication and closing skills.
• Paid per appointment attended
• 8% Comission on total project value for every closed sale.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail. Previous experience in sales, preferably in home renovation or construction industry
• Computer and smartphone proficient
• Strong Canadian English accent( clear communication is essential)
• Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
