FULL COMMISSION SALES with COMPANY PROVIDED LEADS... NO COLD CALLING

Great Day Improvements (GDI) has been a leader in the home improvement industry since 1966. Due to continued demand for our exclusive products, we are currently seeking In Home Sales professionals to join our successful team. Our consultants deliver product presentations to homeowners and help identify the best exterior home improvement solutions.

LEAD GENERATION : There is No Cold-Calling and No Prospecting. You will be provided with Pre-Set / Pre-Qualified appointments. We have a rigorous pre-qualification process to ensure our consultants are set up for success.

COMPENSATION : Our plan offers a strong commission rate, performance bonuses, and incentives. Top performers typically earn $150,000 and beyond in their first year.

Learning, Development & Culture : We provide professional training, industry-leading product samples, and ongoing support. You will benefit from superior marketing, top-notch installations, and a supportive management and inside sales team.
