Sales Representative (B2B)

Weston Premium Woods is seeking a Sales Representative to expand our presence in London, ON. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, passionate about delivering exceptional service, and excited to contribute to our continued growth.

With our Head Office located in Brampton, Ontario, we distribute domestic and imported hardwood lumber, softwood lumber, and panel products throughout Southwestern Ontario. Our clients manufacture residential cabinetry, commercial millwork, residential furniture, store fixturing and wood mouldings. We are a division of Richelieu Hardware (RCH.TO), a TSX registered company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Visit potential customers to qualify and establish rapport.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales, profit, and account growth targets.
  • Build new accounts while providing exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
  • Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies in a prompt manner.
  • Monitor accounts for potential issues, implement retention strategies, and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
  • Oversee receivables and work with the collection’s manager when requested.
  • Execute strategic business goals as assigned.
  • Participate in training and cross-training initiatives.
  • Manage inventory, both general and customer specific.
  • Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualities
  • The ability to be proactive and collaborative
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with effective verbal and written communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
