What you bring

  • Experience in business development and/or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research, with sound judgment and the ability to navigate complex business relationships professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility quickly at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset.
  • Real estate license is required or near completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM programs.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate sector or a related industry is a strong asset.
  • Experience in property valuation is a strong asset.

What you will be learning

  • Conducting business development activities, including lead identification, qualification, and conducting property tours for clients and prospects.
  • Maintaining records within CRM+.
  • Performing market research using various tools.
  • Assisting with deal transactions, including listing agreements, leases, offers, and sales agreements.
