Located in the heart of downtown Picton, Crowe’s Footwear and Amour Fine Lingerie are locally owned boutiques offering high-quality footwear and intimate apparel with a strong focus on personalized customer service. We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional, personalized service

Assist customers in selecting and fitting footwear and lingerie products

Maintain a strong knowledge of product lines, features, and sizing

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner

Contribute to a positive and welcoming in-store experience

Support team members and help with day-to-day operations as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Sales or retail experience is an asset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of basic computer systems and point-of-sale equipment

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude

Comfortable assisting with product fittings (footwear and lingerie)

Willingness to learn about new products and provide style/fit recommendations
