Are you a licensed Real Estate Agent with experience selling pre-construction residential units for a developer? Great Gulf is looking for licensed Real Estate Agents to sell pre-construction residential units at our new development site in Barrie.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Present pre-construction and inventory condominium and freehold sales opportunities to clients and brokers.
  2. Advertise, market, and sell residential properties.
  3. Engage, manage, and develop relationships with clients.
  4. Maintain ongoing communication with and manage client relationships (both prospects and purchasers).
  5. Review, explain, and sign Agreement of Purchase and Sales, Tarion documents, amendments, etc.
  6. Maintain current product, construction, builder, sales, market, and legal knowledge related to the product being sold.
  7. Perform market studies of comparable sales, and track competitor trends and sales.
  8. Understand market and economic data.
  9. Coordinate inter-department staff and resources to complete responsibilities.
  10. Work alongside administration and sales team colleagues to ensure a high-quality experience for clients.
  11. Create and maintain various lead management and sales reports.
  12. Complete full prospecting including cold calling, inbound and outbound presentations, follow-up, business development, and sales execution.
  13. Be accountable for the development of the business service line.
Communication/Influencing Others

Promote and liaise with clients and manage client relations.

Customer Service

Provide a high level of customer service and follow-up to ensure a quality experience for clients.

Education and Experience
  • Must hold an active license registered with RECO. Employees are required to transfer their license to Great Gulf's in-house brokerage, Gulf Lake Realty Ltd.
  • At least 3+ years of experience selling residential pre-construction products (low-rise preferred, high-rise acceptable).
Physical Requirements

Standing and sitting throughout the day. Dress code is business professional. Ability to work in the Terra Barrie Sales Office 5 days a week (Saturday-Sunday + 3 weekdays during sales hours). Sales hours: Sat-Sun 12-5, Mon-Thurs 12-6 (subject to change).
