Job description

We’re looking for motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team at JumpCrew X, where we help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.

In this role, you’ll be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns.

  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
  • Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plus strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach

  • This Gig is worked from the comfort of your own home.
  • This is a 40 hour a week gig from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST.²

Performance Metrics

  • Activate a minimum of 20 new advertisers per month.
  • Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.
  • Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.

Mandatory Requirements

  • This opportunity is open to Applicants who are able to present at least 2 years of validatable sales experience.
  • Applicants must not have any active contract with a different gig while working for JumpCrew X.²
  • Applicants must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit and Employment Check)
  • This is an outbound sales role. Identified Applicants must be able to do consultative selling to already existing leads and must also be comfortable sourcing new leads
