Job description

GENERAL SCOPE

Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the customers through technical service, identifying new product opportunities, and selling to existing customers. The focus is on maintaining revenue, capturing prices, and improving gross profit. Attaining new business is secondary.

KNOWLEDGE

Good understanding of the job, with familiarity with general aspects and limited technical knowledge.

JOB COMPLEXITY

Performs activities involving standard procedures, data analysis, and reporting. May set up and operate equipment for testing or production.

IMPACT

Limited to immediate area; errors may cause rework or minor delays.
