Job description

We are growing and searching for a Sales &Reception Coordinator to join our Client Care team atone of our new HearCANADA clinics opening in West Edmonton (Guardian Road NW area)! This is a permanent full-time position and hours of work will be 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. The clinic is expected to open in September 2025 but the position would start asap with training being done at nearby clinics.

We offer a competitive starting salary of $21-$24/hour + a bonus program, benefits starting on day one of hire, RRSP matching, generous time off policies, and training + education opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Help with initial set-up and establishment of the new clinic by participating in local marketing events, networking, and clinic-set up
  • Participate in job training at nearby centres ahead of the clinic opening
  • Check in patients for appointments
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Making product and payment recommendations to enhance the patient journey
  • Support with maintaining physical and electronic records
  • Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - you have worked in sales, retail, a busy office,or a clinic environment and are comfortable interacting with customers
  • Sales acumen- experience recommending products or in retail is strongly preferred
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license - some local travel (mileage compensated) will be require
  • Customer-centric attitude - you are comfortable interacting with diverse patient groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as Edmonton's number one choice for hearing care services
  • Team-player - you work well with others and appreciate what can be accomplished with support from colleagues
