Sales & Reception Coordinator (multi-clinic support)

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Sales & Reception Coordinator to support our Ottawa-area clinics. This permanent, full-time onsite role involves working at our clinics in Ottawa, with support at key centers like Stitsville, Nepean, TOH, and Vanier. The candidate will be based at the nearest clinic, with mileage reimbursement for travel.

Compensation & Schedule
  • $21 - $24 per hour, based on experience, plus bonus eligibility
  • Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Onsite with travel to other clinics (mileage paid)
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients during appointments or walk-ins
  • Manage clinician schedules and maintain accurate patient records
  • Participate in community events to promote HearCANADA services
  • Process payments and handle insurance billing
  • Order office supplies and assist clinicians with hearing product sales
  • Support hearing aid care, maintenance, and sterilization
Candidate Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing, business, or healthcare is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or retail/b2c sales
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for local travel
  • Energetic, self-motivated, with an interest in business development and community engagement
  • Experience in event planning, lead generation, or business development is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
  • Bilingual in French is a strong asset
