Join to apply for the Sales & Reception Coordinator (multi-clinic) role at WSAudiology

We are seeking a versatile Sales & Reception Coordinator to support the success of our hearing clinics in the Fraser Valley/Lower Mainland East region, specifically east of the Port Mann Bridge. This full-time permanent position will serve as a floating role supporting HearCANADA clinics within the region, providing coverage based on volume and staffing needs. Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license are required due to travel between locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills.

Key Position Details:

  • Hourly wage between $21 - $24, based on experience, with eligibility for bonuses
  • Working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday; some weekend work may be required
  • Onsite at various clinics
  • Travel within Fraser Valley/Lower Mainland East, with candidates ideally residing in Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, or nearby areas

Responsibilities include:

  • Front-line client interaction during appointments and walk-ins
  • Managing clinician schedules and maintaining patient records accurately
  • Representing HearCANADA at community events to promote hearing care services
  • Handling payments, including insurance and third-party billing
  • Ordering office supplies and assisting with hearing aid sales
  • Supporting hearing aid maintenance and sterilization
  • Providing support across multiple clinics based on demand

Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing, healthcare, or business is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, administration, and retail or B2C sales
  • Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • Energetic, self-motivated, with an interest in business development and community engagement
  • Experience in event planning and lead generation is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
