Job description

We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Sales & Reception Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) for our Vancouver HearCANADA clinic.Thiswould be a great career move for someone with strong retail sales and/oradministration skills looking to join a growing team.

Key position information:

  • Onsite position based at 777 W Broadway Suite 103, Vancouver at our clinic
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Regular hours of work areMonday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm PST
  • Environment is business casual

What you'll do:

  • Act as the key point of contact for patients at our clinic with client-facing/front-desk responsibilities (answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients)
  • Perform administrative tasks (processing payments, maintaining client files, ordering supplies, receiving incoming mail and packages)
  • Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions with the goal of increasing sales and fostering loyalty to our services and products
  • Participate in ongoing HearCANADA branding and marketing initiatives to keep a strong brand-presence in our communities
  • Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer serviceor client-facing role
  • Retail sales experience or exposure to working in a sales or marketing-oriented environment is required.
  • An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partner
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required as the role will involve some work related (mileage is compensated) local travel to events/marketing engagements
  • Valid work authorization in Canada is required
  • Availability to work full-time day shift hours on a permanent basis is required
