With 60% of Canadians experiencing hearing health issues in 2021, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and meaningful solutions.

We are seeking a versatile Sales & Reception Coordinator (internally called "Client Care Coordinator") for our HearCANADA Simcoe clinic located in White Horse Plaza. This permanent, full-time position offers typical hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for patients, managing front-desk duties such as answering phones, scheduling, and greeting clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks including processing payments, maintaining client files, ordering supplies, and receiving mail and packages.
  • Educate patients on payment plans, insurance billing, trial periods, and basic product inquiries to boost sales and loyalty.
  • Participate in branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen community presence.
  • Support clinical staff with sanitization and equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Experience in retail sales or marketing-oriented environments.
  • Energetic, self-driven, with an interest in business development and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel locally (mileage compensated).
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
  • Availability for full-time day shifts on a permanent basis.
