About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has solid QA experience and is interested in contributing to process improvement, cross-department collaboration, and potentially stepping into a leadership capacity over time.

The successful candidate will help ensure our operational standards are met across multiple departments and will play an important part in building consistency, accuracy, and accountability within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Review and monitor the quality of work across designated departments (Sales, Customer Service, Order Processing, etc.).
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify gaps, errors, or opportunities for improvement and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Support the development and refinement of QA processes, SOPs, and performance standards.
  • Work closely with team leads and management to ensure alignment and quality benchmarks.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed.
  • Track and report QA metrics to help improve overall departmental performance.
  • Optional: Take on mentorship or light leadership responsibilities if experienced.
Requirements
  • Previous QA experience is required (1–3+ years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to evaluate processes objectively and provide actionable feedback.
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments and workflows.
  • Leadership or team‑lead experience is considered an asset, but not required.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
