Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and performance against targets, and develop reports with data-driven facts to drive decision-making efforts on key accounts
• Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and NAV (ERP) to execute sales order processes for key accounts
• Own key deliverables within the sales process related to analysis, order execution, inventory management and communication with internal stakeholders
• Use analysis to lead sales planning efforts for distribution and replenishment strategies for key accounts
• Support sales account yearly or seasonal planning with data analysis, insights, and reporting
• Manage customer administration, vendor item set-up, and pricing adjustments, and provide additional support to the team on an ad-hoc basis.
• Evaluate the effectiveness (at the retail level) of sales strategies, market tests with items and stores, promotions, and pricing models and provide recommendations for improving sales processes, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Protect & manage accounts P&Ls by accurate reporting, invoicing, and order tracking
• Perform analysis on both scan-based data sets and internal inventory to produce actionable insights for Marketing, Retail Strategy and Sales teams
• Support sales teams with data analysis requests ad hoc

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Business or a business-related field
• A minimum of 3+ years as a sales analyst or sales planning role
• Strong attention to detail and motivation to achieve high results
• Good team player and collaborator
• An eye for seeing how to drive sales through data insights
