Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in business growth by building trusted relationships with advisors and clients. Your responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, educating stakeholders on solutions, and managing the client pipeline to ensure successful deal execution. This role demands professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Business Operations & Client Engagement
  • Lead client meetings and customize presentations to meet client needs and business objectives
  • Manage and assess your sales funnel to forecast deal potential and timelines
  • Gather client insights to develop accurate quotes and business cases
  • Keep schedules current and follow up efficiently
  • Complete accurate reporting and expense submissions promptly
Advisor Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary contact for advisors
  • Build long-term partnerships through meaningful dialogue and solution-based selling
  • Address objections effectively and resolve concerns to build trust
  • Ensure high advisor satisfaction and promote repeat business
Sales Strategy & Market Insight
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong client pipeline
  • Monitor market and competitive trends to adapt sales tactics
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies
Product Expertise & Team Collaboration
  • Stay informed about product offerings, services, and market trends
  • Deliver tailored product presentations to clients and advisors
  • Participate in team meetings and align with sales objectives
  • Work closely with support staff to ensure seamless execution and CRM accuracy
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience in finance, insurance, wealth management, or related fields is an asset
  • Existing professional network or experience working with high-net-worth clients and financial advisors is preferred
