Duties and Responsibilities Include :
- Helping customers and clients purchase homes or condos
- Showing properties and advising clients
- Prepare listing presentations and CMAs
- Writing and negotiating offers
- Completing trade documents
- Adhering to Team processes
- Attending team training sessions
- Attending local agents open houses
- Hosting Team open houses
- Attending weekly sales meetings
- Actively participating in some lead generation strategies including prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, networking, events and social media networking
- Participating in all Team client events
- Annual personal and business goal planning

Must be a salesperson or broker in good standing with the applicable Real Estate Board : : Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB); OREA, RECO, and CREASalesperson is responsible for paying their own brokerage fees and deal fees, licensing and board feesMust have a drivers license and a presentable car (with Insurance)Must have a up to date knowledge of Toronto and area real estateIdeal candidate has 1-4 years full time experienceMust have a cell phone and presentable vehicleSkills and Software
