1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (18 month contract) to join our growing team! As part of the Sales Operations department within Commercial Sales, you will support the day-to-day operations, fulfillment and execution of our Commercial business.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is an exciting, fast-growing junk removal franchise. We are part of O2E Brands, the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK?.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep operations running smoothly by efficiently handling change requests and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and seamless execution of programs.
  • Support the franchise community by driving success through operational excellence.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly and collaborating with the team to achieve goals.
  • Support ongoing administrative requirements across our Local Commercial/ISP, National Account, and Strategic Alliance programs with various stakeholders.
  • Respond to and triage Franchise, Sales Rep, and Customer phone and email inquiries.
  • Run and distribute regular customer-facing reports.
  • Coordinate, update, and publish all team and sales rep portfolios and goals.
  • Facilitate change requests across the Commercial Sales business.
  • Provide support for internal and external reporting requirements through Tableau, SalesForce, and Google Sheets.
  • Prepare and coordinate data loads to support Commercial Sales operations.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to support credit and agreement requirements.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; experience in business writing is an asset.
  • Ability to facilitate resolution for both internal and external disputes.
  • Ability to set and achieve SMART goals.
  • Moderate Excel/Spreadsheet skills.
  • Moderate Word/Docs skills.

Salary: $54,000 to $64,000 (based on experience, education & internal parity)
