Job description

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist professional to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enabling Alida's marketing, customer success, and selling operations through the effective use of Salesforce.

As our Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem and sales tools, implementing best practices to ensure seamless operations. You will collaborate extensively across Alida's Sales, PreSales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, fostering strong relationships and guaranteeing that all teams have the necessary access and support to our Sales Tools for their success. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting individual with a genuine curiosity and a strong desire to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with Sales, PreSales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to understand pipeline creation and conversion, sales and renewal business needs
  • Work directly with Sales Representatives to ensure they are equipped with the right resources to meet the organization’s sales goals
  • Refine and maintain existing reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles and permissions in all Sales Tools
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Work with various business units to clarify requests, validate requirements, define and document business processes
  • Help administer and optimize existing Sales Applications/Tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, AmpleMarket, Traction Hierarchy, Gong, 6sense, Lean Data)
  • Support & training for end users across various Sales Applications/Tools
  • Assist in the administration and configuration of Salesforce, as it relates to Account & Contact management and Territory mapping

Job Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, which could include internships, academic projects, or self-directed initiatives/projects
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose effective solutions with a proactive and improvement-driven mindset
  • Proven experience in collaborating effectively and communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, PreSales) to understand needs and facilitate solutions
  • Comfortable navigating and learning new business/sales applications, with a basic understanding of Salesforce CRM being a significant advantage
  • Curious about emerging technologies, such as AI, and eager to explore how they can be applied to innovate and optimize operations or business processes
  • This is a hybrid role and thestarting salaryis $65,000 CAD
