Position: Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Go To Market. This role involves supporting our sales teams by leveraging expertise in sales processes and operations within a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce and managing complex data hierarchies, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of SaaS operational metrics across multiple products.

Responsibilities include providing insights into sales performance, building operational reports, supporting product launches, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth. Your analytical skills will be crucial in improving operational efficiency.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  1. Sales Operations Optimization
  2. Analyze and improve sales operations processes for efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with teams to enhance metrics reporting and data capture.
  4. Track and analyze Sales KPIs per product to identify growth opportunities.
  1. Reporting and Analytics
  2. Generate and present operational metrics reports for all AutoSync products.
  3. Validate weekly product reports and provide actionable insights to executives.
  4. Customize reports to meet executive needs and perform detailed data analysis.
  1. Project and Training Support
  2. Manage GTM projects supporting new initiatives from a sales operations perspective.
  3. Facilitate Salesforce training for new sales team members and managers to ensure process adherence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of sales operations experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting sales or in sales/account management roles.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
